16th Annual General Meeting of Global Alumni Association of Bengal Engineering and Science University, Shibpur (GAABESU)  held on Saturday, 26th August, 2023 at 4.30 p.m. (IST) at the Alumni Seminar Hall at IIEST , Shibpur to transact the following business:

1.      Welcome address;

2.      To confirm the minutes of the 15th Annual General Meeting held on 10th September 2022

3.      To receive, consider and adopt the Annual Report of the Executive Committee for 2022-23;

4.      To receive, consider and adopt the Audited Accounts for the year 2022 – 23;

5.      To appoint Auditor for the year 2023-24 and fix his/her remuneration;

6.      To consider the report of the Executive Committee on amendment of Memorandum of Association                 and Regulations;

7.      To declare by the Election Committee the result of the election of the Members of the Executive                      Committee for 2023-2025;

8.      To consider any other item(s) with permission of the chair;
