Alumni Day 2020 - Where the Formal Merges with Fun!

The flagship annual event organized by GAABESU, the Alumni Day 2020 is almost knocking at our door now. 
This much awaited virtual event will take place on Sunday, the 27th of December at 7:30 PM IST.

Programme Schedule of Virtual Alumni Day 2020

TIME: 19:30 hrs IST

1. Inaugural Session - 19:30 hrs to 20:00 hrs IST

2. Business Meet - 20:00 hrs to 21:00 hrs IST

3. Open Session – Chit Chat - 21:00 hrs to 21:30 hrs IST

4. Cultural Program by Alumni - 21:30 hrs  to 23:00 hrs IST

BUSINESS MEET

The Business Meet will be a formal event that will kick off at 8 pm IST. 
This year the Panel Discussion will be on: 
"Challenges in Implementation of NEP 2020 in Engineering Education"

This session will be anchored by our very own Biman Ghosh.
We consider ourselves privileged to have the presence of some eminent personalities, spread across Academia, Industry and Administraion, in this interesting discussion.

CULTURAL PROGRAM

What would an Alumni Day be, without some informal entertainment?
Keeping that in mind, we have kept an Open session for chit-chat among friends, classmates and hostel mates, to relive those wonderful moments after years or decades. 

Following this, there will also be a Cultural Program performed by our very own Alumni, that is sure to mesmerize you. 
Our alumnus Indranil Sen, a fantastic singer himself, will host this part of the event.

We have always taken immense pride in the plethora of talent amongst our alumni community. Please check out a quick preview of what to expect during this entertaining session of one and half hours.

The Alumni Day 2020 event is open to all Alumni and it does not have a Registration Fee. 

But we also encourage everyone to bring along your friends and families to enjoy this special event, especially the Cultural Program. We have worked hard to ensure that friends and families don't miss out, and we will be streaming this event LIVE on our GAABESU Official YouTube channel.
